The website also features an insightful FAQs page with answers to some of the most frequently asked and very important questions. If you’re new to this program, don’t worry. Here are three answers to FAQs about SENSA®.

When do I shake SENSA®? This is a question with many answers. First, shake SENSA® on everything you eat every single time you eat. This means you need to shake it on main meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also on your snacks, from fruit and vegetables to chips and pretzels. Secondly, it’s important to shake the product on your food right before you eat it. In other words, do not shake SENSA® on food while you’re cooking the food or before it has been cooked. By shaking the product on prepared food, your sense of smell will properly interacts with the ingredients. Finally, it’s also important to shake the product on your food right before you eat it, as opposed to earlier in the day when you’re packing your lunch.

What about hard-to-shake foods? SENSA® understands that there are foods that might be difficult to shake SENSA® on, such as grapes, nuts, and pretzels. For those types of foods, spray a light mist of water first. Then, shake away. The light mist will help the Tastants stick to the foods. If you’re eating foods that come in a bag, such as chips or pretzels, you can simply shake the product directly into the bag.

How do I handle layers? This is also a question with many answers. When it comes to shaking SENSA® on sandwiches, burgers, and burritos, don’t worry about shaking the product on the inside. Liberally shake it on the outside layer of the food and it should be enough to achieve maximum results.

The second answer has to do with foods such as pasta. Many people want to know whether you have to shake SENSA® on every layer of the food as you eat more of the pasta. The answer is no. Shaking SENSA® on the first layer is enough to get the most out of the product. The same applies to foods like salads. In other words, you don’t have to re-shake after you have eaten the first layer.

The only exception to this rule is leftovers. Since it’s important to shake the product right before you eat, go ahead and re-shake leftovers with SENSA® the second time around.
