Another dietary direction to take is cutting down on gluten. More and more evidence is coming out to suggest gluten is not good for our bodies. This may also be true for our brain though. Eating gluten may have negative effects on how quickly our brain is able to react and how it functions overall.

Consider a form of drugs known as nootropics. These are prescription medications that can help your brain gain back its vitality. In fact, there’s reason to believe they can actually help you function at above normal levels.
